Based on principles of achieving financial employees’ self-actualization, maintaining a sustainable business management of the corporate, and demanding for social fairness and justice, our missions aim to protect members' interests and rights, to enhance members’ knowledge and ability, to improve working conditions, to harmonize relationships between employees and employers, to promote labor-management cooperation, and to involve in social events and labor affairs.
Thus, our goals and missions are:
To conclude, amend or abolish the collective bargaining agreement.
To hold educational programs on labor affairs and occupational trainings for workers.
To improve working conditions, health & safety, and members' welfare.
To publish books, journals, pamphlets, and newsletters.
To assist employees in the financial sector to actively organize unions and settle the disputes among workers.
To improve the relationships with unions in related industries and other NGOs or civil groups.
To promote, advocate and comment on research, drafting, amendment and abolishment of finance and labor policies and legislative bills.
To guide and supervise member unions.
To conduct members' entertainment activities.
Other related affairs regulated in laws and in accordance with our goals.
