● Participate in drafting the amendment to the Statutes For Transferring State-Owned Enterprises to Privately-Owned Enterprises, to strongly demand for employees’ priority to purchase stocks at cheaper price and for other issues concerning labor right.

● Stage a "Keep our jobs, Ensure our livings" demonstration to demand for improving working conditions and wage raise on December 6th, 1992.

● Propose to contract out transporting notes and security work to the security service firm to diminish risks of bank employees.

● Abolish the celibacy rules and non-pregnant rules in Credit-cooperatives.

● Bank employees can be governed under the protection of the Labor Standard Law on May 1st, 1997.  Work with other unions to advocate expanding the scope for all labors being applied to the Labor Standard Law.

● More than ten thousand bank employees took to the streets and successfully gained the pay-back from "self-saving deposit fund" on January 2nd, 1998.

● The CLA finally announced on March 28th, 2001 that bank employees could be governed under the protection of the Labor Safety and Health Law.

● Successfully request the government to compensate workers for their years of military service by calculating them into years of service at privatized banks.

● “The Labor Directors” were officially employed in financial sectors.

● Assist the Taiwan Business Bank Union（TBBU） to hold a successful four-day strike, the first one in financial sector, to challenge the wrong ”Second Financial Reform.” policy.

● Publish “ The Dinner of Vultures：Social consequences of mergers in financing sectors” (2005), “The Plastic Opium: Debt Crisis and Twin Cards Storm in Taiwan” (2008), and “Together We Fight: Three Collective Labor Laws and their Applications in Unions”, which received lots of positive acclaim from labor movement, academia and the press.

● Demonstrate against merger and financial reform on September 8th, 2007 appealing supports from 12,000 financial employees to demand for re-consideration about government’s second financial reform policy.

● Assist several financial unions to successfully sign collective agreements with employers; they are Taiwan Business Bank Union(TBBU), Union of Bank SinoPac, Standard Chartered International Bank Union, Taiwan Cooperative Bank  Union, Union of SinoPac Securities, Union of MSIG Mingtai Fire & Marine Insurance Co., Bank of Kaohsiung Workers Union, Chang Hwa Bank Corporate Union (CHBCU), Bank of Taipei Union, Union of Mega International Commercial Bank, and First Commercial Bank Union (FCBU).; they are Taiwan Business Bank Union(TBBU), Union of Bank SinoPac, Standard Chartered International Bank Union, Taiwan Cooperative Bank  Union, Union of SinoPac Securities, Union of MSIG Mingtai Fire & Marine Insurance Co., Bank of Kaohsiung Workers Union, Chang Hwa Bank Corporate Union (CHBCU), Bank of Taipei Union, Union of Mega International Commercial Bank, and First Commercial Bank Union (FCBU).
